Using this form indicates you have qualified for your letter jacket, were sized at school, and your school has listed your name on the eligibility list provided to All American. The order form and payment must be submitted within 5 DAYS of the school sizing date.
Loose Jacket Patches Form
If you already have your jacket, use this form for ordering loose patches. Loose patches take approximately 4 weeks and are shipped to your address.
